The goal of contextualizing module is to help user understand the molecular profile within the report in a visual-friendly context and get insights about the inner relationship.
2 Connecting
The goal of connecting module is to unleash hidden states of molecular profiles, this module re-contextualizes the profile by using public databases and opens up more contexts.
3 Clinical
My medical community provides a interactive timeline visulization of medical histories. It includes diagonoses, assays, stages and treatment information
