TTSBBC, unlocking new treatment avenues in targeted DNA damage research!

TTSBBC is an analysis platform designed for in-depth analysis of human DNA triplex target sites (TTS).

Key Features include:

    1. Biomarker:Precise and accurate identification of TTSs as biomarkers for targeted treatment.
    2. Barcode:Customizable barcodes for smart TTS screening based on sequence features
  • myTTS Module: Evaluate genomic mappings and sequence features for user-input TTSs.

TTSBBC is enriched with cancer-relevant gene sets and amplified copy number regions from cancer cell lines. This robust dataset opens up new possibilities for enhanced cancer treatment analysis and experimental design.

We do not store data on TTSBBC. Data input to run the application is removed upon closing the application.

We do this to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
