Q: The app is crashing when I use it, is this an error?
A: If you are not waiting for the app to finish it’s calculations, denoted by “Loading…” and other notifications on the bottom right, and overload the inputs to the shiny application, it can and will crash. Please have patience as some of these calculations may take a few minutes.

Q: I am getting an error to contact the app’s admin, who do I contact?
