19 Overview/Inputs

myTTS is designed to allow users to query a TTS for its alignment locations. The query TTS has to be a valid nucleotide sequence that is in one of the datasources

19.1 Inputs

Input occurs in the sidebar. The two input items are 1) Datasource and 2) TTS Sequence

19.1.1 Datasources

  1. TFO Search: For the TTSs in TFO Search, finds TTS locations and features
  2. TTSMI: For the TTSs in TTSMI, finds TTS locations and features
  3. Literature Curation: For the TTSs in the Literature Curation selection denoted in findTTS, finds TTS locations and features

If a TTS is in one of these datasources, but has no mappings on Hg38, then it will not have any retrieved information and provide a message as such. If a TTS is not in the datasource, then it will provide a message as such.

19.1.2 TTS Sequence

This input requires the user enter a valid nucleotide sequence from 5` to 3`. If that sequence is not in the selected datasource it will not return any data. We are not currently capable of finding this information for sequences that we have not prepared for. If you are interested in our pipeline or have a specific query that you would like done please contact us and are are able to provide that ability on a case-by-case basis.
