15 TTS Barcode Filtering

The input allows users to filter the barcodes selected in Biomarker>TTS Targeting. By default all are checked, users can (de)select whichever barcodes are not desired. Note that if you deselect all barcodes for a given trait (i.e. neither P0 nor P+ is selected) then there will be no TTSs selected so the app will compensate as best possible to revert to prior heatmaps and/or provide error messages.
