22 Overview

The goal of the “mySEQ” module in TTSBBC is to provide flexibility for any sequence input to assess genomic locations and sequence level features of the input sequence and its mismatches.

The “mySEQ” module is designed to supplement the “findTTS” and “myTTS” modules by not relying on a given data source, as the published and curated data sources are not fully comprehensive sets of all sequences.
